Supervisory Meetings – October 2012   Leave a comment

10/10/2012

Summary of the meeting:

We had a discussion about the Euler diagrams relationship between sets, including intersections. I gained useful basics about the diagrams and the abstract description. Basically I worked on examples (upto 3 zones) to implement the diagrams based on the description given and vice-versa (providing the description based on the diagrams). The highlight of the meeting is that they made me understand the diagrams can be irregular based on the descriptions given.

Action Plans – Mithileysh

  • The task for the next three days is to work on more examples, probably using more zones in the description to implement the diagrams and vice-versa.

Action Plans – Supervisors

  • Check the worked out examples and start with the Automatic Generation of Euler diagrams paper.
